A range of classes and sessions in the studio to help keep your workout programme varied.

Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
This 30 minutes high intensity interval training class will improve your
cardiovascular fitness and core strength.
CXWORX provides a seriously challenging & effective workout in just 30 minutes. This session will tighten & tone your body, improve functional strength & assist in injury prevention like nothing else.
KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting
set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga® is a fierce & wild workout
designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body
with an endorphin overload. Expect to squat, burpee, sprint & sweat like
crazy while some big tunes transport you to your happy place.
A high energy, non contact fitness class incorporating age old boxing techniques. Suitable for all levels, fun& stress busting
High intensity training to get great results, using a variety of equipment, under the instruction of your Boot Camp leader!
LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums)
A fun & easy to follow class targeting all of those problem areas!
A total body shaping workout utilising lower & upper body exercises using bands, steps, hand weights & body weight. Get great results from this high calorie burning class
Combines an aerobics and step routine to tone, condition and burn those calores.
Gives you a mix of aerobics, body conditioning and abs. A hard but enjoyable workout.
Class booking procedures
For all classes which carry member charges, Members will be charged for non attendance, non collection of tickets & late cancellation (late cancellation is within 48 hours of the start of the class) £2 will be charged to members for the above reasons in relation to all Group Cycling Classes which are otherwise FREE sessions.
Members can book 6 days in advance.
We regret that non members who pre-book onto classes cannot be refunded or transferred to another day/class if they fail to attend a booked session.
Non members can book 48hr in advance with payment at time of booking.
Class participants must be 16+ for most classes including Les Mills.
