Activities

A range of activities to enjoy in the pool

You or your children can enjoy other pool based activities including parent and baby swim, water polo, synchronised swimming and diving.

Rookie Lifeguard

Lifesaving skills for juniors to enable them to know basic first aid and rescue swimmers in difficulty.

Tuesdays 4.30pm - 5.00pm

Diving

Instructor led diving lessons using the 1m, 3m, & 5m boards. Classes run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday. Also look out for our intensive lessons during school holidays.

In September 2015 we re-structured our diving programme and introduced a dryside element to lessons.

Children will be working towards the ASA Framework for Diving and there will be clear criteria for them to complete and progress through the levels. Introducing the dryside element to lessons will complement and assist in understanding the skills needed in the pool, giving more opportunities to practice technique in the water.
