HIIT Fit 

A 30 minute high intensity interval workout, using nothing but your own body weight. You will squat, lunge and push your way to boosting your metabolism and tone the whole body. This fun course will burn maximum fat in minimum time.

Boxfit 

Fight fit!

A cardiovascular fitness boxing class with non contact boxing combinations – high intensity & fun!

F15TEEN

A 15 minute high intensity workout for those who struggle for time.

TRI-TRX

TRX is a suspension training tool developed by the Navy Seals. A simple but super effective workout that targets all your muscles especially your core! The straps allow you to perform 100's of exercises at varying difficulties so is suitable for all fitness levels. Great for building core strength, improving flexibility and mobility.

Courses will be announced via our website and advertised in our Centre. Courses must be paid for in full on booking.

 

Text size controls

This web site has been built so that the text size can be increased or decreased through standard browser settings. Below is guidance on how to do this in a selection of popular browsers.

Firefox

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose 'Zoom in' or 'Zoom out'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
