Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Monday – Friday 3.30pm – 5.30pm
Saturday 2.00pm – 3.30pm
From 1st June 2016 11-15 year olds can now use the gym at extended times if they are accompanied by an adult member or paying adult (over 16 years old).
This can be any time:
Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm
Weekends 8am - 6pm
This is only at an adult to child ratio of 1:2 (2x 11-15 year olds per 1 supervising 16years+ adult).
