CXWORX provides a seriously challenging & effective workout in just 30 minutes. This session will tighten & tone your body, improve functional strength & assist in injury prevention like nothing else.
Aerobic exercise followed by toning for legs, bums and tums.
A mixture of aerobics and toning for the whole body.
A latin inspired easy to follow dance class.
A combination of aerobics, step, weights and floor work.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
