Enjoy a wide range of group workout classes

A range of classes and sessions in the studio to help keep your workout programme varied.

Here are some of our current sessions, but do check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes.

Active Always Aqua Fit - Our Active Always Aqua is gentle water based exercise, designed to improve flexibility and promote well being

 Aerobics - Simple Aerobic patterns resulting in a fun & enjoyable workout

 Aqua Fit - A full body workout in the pool to tone you up and increase your fitness with added support and extra resistance of the water.

 Aqua Zumba - Known as the Zumba "pool party". Integrating Zumba with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, blending it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning and body-toning! 

Body Attack - The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals.

Body Balance - The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

 Body Combat - A cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Body Pump - The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises to help tone up and burn calories. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Boxercise - A high energy class combining boxing combinations with a cardio workout.

Circuit - An exciting mix of body weight, cardio and total body conditioning exercise – resulting in a full body workout.

CX WORX -CX WORX provides a seriously challenging & effective workout in just 30 minutes.  This session will tighten & tone your body, improve functional strength & assist in injury prevention like nothing else.

Core Clinic - Core clinic provides a challenging Core and Abs workout. The session will improve core strength, help tighten and tone your abs and improve functional strength.

Group CyclingOur exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists.  A fantastic calorie burner for 30 or 45 minutes done in the studio to motivating music! 

HIT - High Intensity Training that’s effective and functional, getting the most out of your workout, helping you to burn more calories and get fitter, faster than ever before! 

Kett Fit - Suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Learn dynamic and challenging exercises proven to get you fitter and stronger.

LBT -  Legs, Bums and Tums workout helping you to tone and shape the areas you want to work.

Insanity - INSANITY group ex is a predesigned format that brings the revolutionary, high-intensity interval training, total-body conditioning programme from the home to the gym and fitness studio setting. New courses will be run throughout the year, speak to the gym staff for the latest news and updates.

Running Club - Run England accredited group. All welcome regardless of your age, fitness level and aspiration. Fun and challenging outdoor sessions. 

Step - Get fantastic toning results and increase fitness in this total body workout utilising adjustable steps & easy to follow moves.

SwimFit Bootcamp - The ultimate water based workout to challenge your whole body, it's a fun tough class for all levels. 

Walking Club - Family friendly walks around the local area which includes a free hot drink back at the centre. 

Zumba -Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.

Zumbatomic - Designed exclusively for kids (ages 5-11), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism.

Text size controls

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel back or forward.
