Whatever your ability come and join our affiliated
running club led by our fully qualified run leaders and coaches.
Running is one of the best sports for fitness and in aiding weight loss, burning around 100 kcal per mile.
Enjoy access to training facilities including the large field opposite the centre plus changing rooms with lockers and showers.
Varied and challenging sessions from intervals to hill and sprint sessions. Technique and training tips with fun games all designed to get you running.
All you need is comfortable loose clothing and road running shoes. A warm layer and waterproof may be required on occasions.
We meet at the leisure centre every Friday 5.30pm-6.30pm
Great value for money at only £1.50 per session.
