Activities for the over 50s to enjoy
We have some dedicated classes for adults aged 50+.

Young At Heart
A low impact, fun aerobic based class using balls, bands and optional hand weights whilst listening to uplifting and inspiring music.
Be Active Aqua Jog
The new way to obtain fitness in the pool will challenge your whole body. The water increases resistance & helps you get great results!
An aerobics session in the pool for those who want to exercise at their own pace, ideal for those recovering from injury or getting back into exercise. You will improve your stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increasing cardiovascular fitness. Unlike aerobics on land Aqua Fit is low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as participants can work at a variety of levels by increasing effort and using resistive equipment.
Toe tapping, finger clicking & good fun! Come along to our easy to follow sessions with a cup of tea and a social afterwards!
