Studio group cycling

Group cycling is back by popular demand here at William Gregg VC.

We have 12 brand new state of the art Matrix group cycling bikes available to further enhance your workout, which now also gives us an unrivalled timetable.

Matrix bikes have a high inertia fly wheel which makes the experience more life like. With a 4 way adjustable handle bar and saddle alongside ergo handlebars for increased comfort, you’ll have to go a long way to find better quality equipment.

Based in our air conditioned studio, group cycling allows you to work at your own ability making this less intimidating for beginners. We are offering early morning, lunch time and evening sessions. Complementary use of our showers post workout is also available; after all we do have over 20.

The benefits to group cycling are huge. Did you know in one 45 minute class, you can burn around to 525 calories? The short intense sessions allow even the most time deprived person to participate. Plus our newly purchased disco lights create a party atmosphere every day of the week.
