Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
These sessions are only available to Junior Gym members.
Monday’s 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Tuesday’s 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Wednesday’s 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Thursday’s 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Friday’s 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Weekends 11.00am – 12.00pm
Summer holiday sessions
During the summer holidays, we are adding additional sessions to keep the juniors active!
Join us in the holidays from 11am until 12pm Tuesday to Friday.
Parental Supervised Access
We're please to announce that Junior members will now be able to attend our fitness suite outside of our instructor led sessions under the supervision of a parent or guardian (aged 16+). Prior to a Junior being permitted access under parental supervision, they must first attend one of the instructor led Junior sessions to undergo an induction. Once this is complete, a parent or guardian that is also a fitness member and has completed an introduction will be entitled to supervise Junior members.
Juniors are welcome to visit the gym with a supervising adult or guardian during any of the times below.
