At this point we think it's best to let our personal trainers describe theirselves!

I've been working at the centre for over 5 years and in fitness for 3 years. I am very passionate about helping people to change their lifestyle, as well as improving their health and fitness through enjoyable training programmes.

I have experience in personal training clients with goals such as weight loss, mass gain, injury rehabilitation and general fitness.

I have been teaching aquatics for 4 years so I am also able to advise the best ways the train in the pool.

Dan

I've been working in the fitness industry for 5 years and have never looked back! I have always enjoyed playing sports so a career in the industry came naturally.

Training has always been a passion of mine which I hope to pass on to my clients. My ultimate goarl is the help my clients acheieve theirs.

I specialise in weight management, body sculpting & toning, develepment on musclar strength and ensurance.

My claim to fame is PT'ing 'The Hobbits' stund double.

Katie

I have been working at the centre for over 6 years. I thrive on pushing and motivating members to help them achieve their goals.

I am very approachable and enjoy chatting to members, giving advice on how to achieve their goals.

I'm very passionate about fitness and work hard to keep my classes and programmes enjoyable.

Using the menu:

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
