I have been in Fitness Management for over 5 years and have been Personal Training for 8 years.
I am very experienced in achieving clients goals and always take a fun and motivational approach to each session.
I enjoy taking on personal endurance challenges and have completed a cycle ride from London to Geneva in aid of a local hospice, completed the 3 peaks challenge and various triathlons.
I am qualified to Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation.

I enjoy fitness myself; I once competed at a high level of badminton and taekwondo. I've been in the fitness industry for 2 years, this has given me the experience and knowledge to help a variety of people reach their goals.I am not only here to ensure you reach your targets, but to have fun whilst doing so. My philosophy is: The difference between 'Try and 'Triumph' is just a little 'umph'
