Pre-Natal Fitness Class

Stay healthy and fit during pregnancy!!!!

Every Wednesday at 6pm-6.55pm
 

£7 per session

Core and pelvic floor work, upper and lower body. Strength training, breathing and relaxation.

The workout is simple and is safe to do in each trimester.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).
