Enjoy a wide range of group workout classes at Wycombe Leisure Centre we offer around 60 Classes a week.

We have a wide range of classes and sessions available in the studios at Wycombe Leisure Centre to help keep your workout programme varied.

BODYPUMP™

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and results you came for – fast!

 

BODYBALANCE™

This Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm

 

Body Conditioning

A total body shaping workout utilising lower & upper body exercises using bands, steps, hand weights & body weight.  Get great results from this high calorie burning class

 

H.I.I.T

HIIT - High Intensity Training that's effective and functional, getting the most out of your workout, helping you to burn more calories and get fitter, faster than ever before!

 

Studio Cycling

Our exciting, instructor led studio cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner that's easy to follow and delivers great results.

 

Aqua fit

This is a confidence building exercise class with a structured and sympathetic approach. Basic shallow-water aqua movements with comprehensive water-support equipment available, led by a qualified and experienced instructor.

 

Aerobics

Simple Aerobic patterns resulting in a fun & enjoyable workout

 

Legs, Tums & Bums

A fun & easy to follow class targeting all of those problem areas!

 

Stretch & Define

A gentle class to stretch & lift the body – this class is great for beginners & also for people wanting to mix up their training.

 

 ZUMBA TM

Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.

 

 INSANITY TM 

Cardio-based, total-body conditioning programme that is based on 'max interval training'. Insanity's formula combines lengthier periods of high intensity exercise with short cool downs. Get the results you have always wanted!!

 

Myride Virtual

With your virtual instructor take part in a motivating & effective group cycling class.  This class offers variety & results!  What are you waiting for?!

 

Yoga

Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout.  Build strength, flexibility & definition in this chilled out class.

 

Pilates

Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so that they work in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement & is ideal for all levels of fitness.

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
