The gym has a cardiovascular area, fixed and free weights as well as resistance weights to help keep your exercise varied and fun!
For those cycling fans amongst you why not push yourself to the max with our indoor group cycling classes in a purpose built studio.
All new members will be offered a free Introduction to the gym, and if you're not sure how to use any bits of equipment our Instructors will be more than happy to show you
