Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Monday – Friday 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Saturday – 1.00pm – 3.00pm
Sunday – 11.00am – 12.00pm
4.00pm – 5.00pm
Our Junior Gym Members are able to use the gym between 8am and 6pm throughout the week as long as they are under constant supervision by an adult gym member aged 16+.
These sessions are only available to Junior Gym members. If you wish to become a member please speak to a Customer Advisor.
