Emergency First Aid at Work - 1 day

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate personnel to enable first aid to be given in the workplace.

The 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work qualification is one of the recommended qualifications for First Aiders in low risk workplaces.

Candidates must be 16 to enrol onto a First Aid at Work course.

The course covers responsibilities of a First Aider, casualty assessment and casualty treatment.

Successful candidates will receive:

  • Royal Lifesaving Society Emergency First Aid at Work certificate
  • Emergency First Aid at Work manual

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
