Where will you be in 5 years time? In my experience a lot can change in a year, let alone 5 years, I currently manage four sales teams and I have help set up new sites - Newport Pagnell (currently April 2014) and Riverside (March 2013) if I have more opportunities to acquire new sites in the future, this would be a great opportunity and this will also help me gain more operational knowledge to become a successful General Manager.

Moving from the Suffolk Coastal contract to the North Norfolk contract from senior CA to Contract Sales Manager in May 2010 and after 3 and a half years, I was given the opportunity to assist with the set up of Riverside Leisure Centre while still managing the North Norfolk Contract, in this time our team has hit their sales target 13 months in a row and hit their secondary target 10 times - March 2013 - March 2014, we as a team are currently striving for our 14th successful month in a row.
