First Aid at Work - 3 day

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate personnel to enable first aid to be given in the workplace.

The 3 day First Aid at Work qualification is one of the recommended qualifications for First Aiders in the workplace.

Candidates must be 16 to enrol onto a First Aid at Work course.

The course covers responsibilities of a First Aider, casualty assessment and casualty treatment for a number of injuries, illnesses and medical conditions.

Successful candidates will receive:

  • Royal Lifesaving Society First Aid at Work certificate
  • First Aid at Work manual

Using the menu:

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
