Introducing Places for People Leisure

It is with great excitement that we unveil our new name, Places for People Leisure. As a result of the acquisition of DC Leisure by Places for People we have become a not-for-dividend organisation. Our new status as a social enterprise puts us in a strong position to further our cause to create active places and healthy people.

We might have a new name and look but we are committed to delivering the same high quality service and building positive partnerships with the communities we serve, our local authority clients, our partners and our staff, who are at the heart of our future.

Although we are changing our name, at local level we strongly believe that the Leisure Centre name is the key brand.

As a Group, we would like to thank in particular all our local authority clients over the last 23 years who have been very much part of our success. We are all very excited about our future as Places for People Leisure and continuing to engage with you, exceed your expectations and enhance our reputation to create active places and healthy people.
