Places for People Leisure Commits to Corporate Responsibility

It’s been a busy time since announcing our new name, Places for People Leisure and our new social enterprise status. Creating active places and healthy people remain the key driver of our organisation and so this month we take a moment to look at what lies at the heart of our success, going above and beyond for our local communities.

Although our roots are in Leisure Management, the wider benefits of physical activity and our partnership working allow us to play a much broader role in the local communities which we are proud to serve on behalf of our Local Authority partners. Additionally, as a Group with experience and expertise, we aspire to lead the way on issues like sustainability and staff engagement. With a “can do” attitude, our new role as a social enterprise gives us even more opportunity to do this. All of this is reflected in our Corporate Social Responsibility approach.
