Sandra Dodd Announced as New CEO of Places For People Leisure Management

Finance Director of Places for People Leisure Management, Sandra Dodd is to be appointed CEO following the announcement that Steve Philpott will be retiring next year after 11 years in the role.

 

Places for People Group CEO, comments: “Following a competitive recruitment process we are delighted to have appointed Sandra Dodd who has an impressive track record and in depth knowledge of the business. She has 20 years’ experience in the company including 12 years as Finance Director.

 

“Sandra, a Chartered Management Accountant, is passionate about the business and the positive impact it has to the communities we serve by creating active places and healthy people. Her vision is to continue to grow the number of leisure centres we operate and the community participation within them, and our contribution to the wider health and wellbeing sector.
