The People behind our Places

People survey results

We value the views and opinions of our people; what we are doing well and what we could be doing better. In our most recent people survey, our people said that:

  • 98% put customers at the heart of everything they do
  • 91% enjoy their job
  • 88% are proud to tell people they work for PfPL

These are great results to be proud of and we use these to identify areas for improvement and overall people satisfaction.
