National Fitness Day

Join us in celebrating National Fitness Day 2017.  We have a whole range of activities on offer for you to try and get involved in. Obviously we would like you to start your fitness journey with us, but really we just want to help the nation to get active so whatever takes your fancy get up and give it a go.

Choose from the following activities:

Free Gym Tasters*

Pop in throughout the day for a free workout.  If you have never used a gym before we recommend a short introduction and this can be booked by calling 01403 787500. 

*You will be required to complete a short health questionnaire before entering the gym.  

Personal Training

We are offering 30 minute Personal Training sessions for just £5 on this day.  Appointments are strictly first come first served so book ahead to avoid disappointment.  Speak to your instructor or call us on 01403 787500 to book.

Badminton

Haven't played for a while? Been meaning to get back into it?  Then join us at this drop in session.  We have 2 courts set aside between 6.00pm - 9.00pm and you can either bring a friend to play with or play against a member of our team. 

Born to Move

 Lets get the kid's invloved too! We are running free taster sessions for our popular Born to move class. From the makers of Body Pump and Body Combat comes Born to Move. A workout class that takes the chore out of fitness by making it fun and fuelling a life long love of exercise. Each class combines elements of combat, yoga, dance and much more.

 The session is running alongside our Bootcamp session at 6.00pm-6.45pm. Booking is essential.

Swimfit

This session is ideal for those wanting to swim for fitness and have some support from a motivating instructor.

1.00pm-2.00pm Booking is advisable.

Workout Classes

We are offering free classes on this day, so what better time to come and try a new class or get back into your workout routine.

Circuits 6.00pm-7.00pm

Core Yoga 7.00pm-8.00pm

Body Balance 7.00pm-8.00pm

Pilates 8.00pm-9.00pm

Booking is advisable.

Bootcamp

Our outdoor Bootcamp will push your cardiovascular fitness and strength using slam balls, freeweights, medicine balls, battle ropes and your own bodyweight.

Come and have a go and see if you are ready for the challenge!

On the Astro-turf at 6.30pm-7.15pm, booking is essential
