New Workout Classes
New Classes for September 2017
We're pleased to announce the addition of 4 extra workout classes to our timetable from September 2017.
Please show your support and try out the new classes, we hope you like them!
BoxFit Mondays 6.25pm - 7.25pm
Body Combat Mondays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Body Attack Wednesdays 6.00pm - 6.45pm
Body Balance Wednesdays 7.00pm - 8.00pm
All classes will take place in the Sports Hall.
In addition to these new classes there are a couple of time amendments to existing classes from Monday 4th September.
Monday Body Pump will now run 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Wednesdays Circuits will now run 6.00pm - 6.55pm followed by Core Yoga 7.00pm - 7.55pm and then Pilates 8.00pm - 8.55pm
