Our Junior Fitness classes have now relaunched for 11 to 15 year olds!

Sessions are available for free to our junior fitness members and for £3.50 per session for non-members!

Our timetable is below:

Monday:
4.00pm - 4.30pm Ninja Warrior with Sabrina (Compete against each other for a high energy assault course!)
4,30pm - 5.00pm X-Factor Bootcamp with Amanda Holden

Wednesday:
4.00pm - 4.30pm X-Factor Bootcamp with Amanda Holden
4.30pm - 5.00pm Junior Boxing with Brett

Thursday:
4.30pm - 5.00pm Ninja Warrior with the Townsend Twins
5.00pm - 5.30pm Junior Streetdance with the Townsend Twins

For junior members, you can book your space 14 days in advance, our free Places Locker members you can book and pay for your class 7 days in advance and non-members can try to attend on the day, but please be aware spaces may fill up quickly.

Class overview:

Ninja Warrior
Join Sabrina and compete against each other in our high energy assault course style class.

X-Factor Bootcamp
Be pushed to the max in Amanda's bootcamp!

Junior Boxing
Join Brett for our junior boxing class. He'll work through some of the basics, get you doing floor work and much more!

Junior Streetdance
Join the Townsend Twins and get your groove on!

 Junior Membership information:

There are some great benefits to our junior membership for 11 to 15 year olds. For £18.50 a month you get access to all of the below for included in your monthly membership:
- Entry to our relevant swim sessions.
- Access to the gym during Junior Gym sessions.
- Junior Group Workout classes.
