Sounds like it's time to try our bootcamp course!
This outdoor training is designed to push you to your limits. Along with body weight exercises you'll be using a 60kg tyre, battle ropes, kettlebells, corebags and dumbbells to help increase strength, muscle tone and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
Sessions run Tuesay 19th September - Friday 13th October
- Tuesdays 7.00am - 7.45am
- Fridays 7.00am - 7.45am
All 8 sessions £30
Just Tuesdays or just Fridays £15
