This programme is designed to build your confidence in the water, perfect for beginners, the inactive or if you are returning to swimming.
Swimming helps strengthen muscles and manage weight whilst being low impact on your body.
This 12 week adult swim programme for 50+ years, runs between Thursday 27th April - Thursday 20th July 2017 (excluding Thursday 1st June)
Times: 9.30am - 11.15am
