Those activities in blue are sessions and are pay as you go and can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

Those activities in orange are courses and must be booked and paid for in advance, and there may be other fees due in order to attend.

Those activities in black are run by external sources and must be contacted directly.

Class Descriptions

Supported Family Fun – Join our instructors in the water for a fun session filled with games, sing songs and get great advice for you and your child to improve water confidence and swimming ability.

Badminton – Great courses to introduce you to the game and develop your skills. Our County Club Coach will instruct and lead these exciting sessions with skills, drills, techniques and matches.

Badminton Gold 13+ yrs - Advanced badminton course for juniors who have been talent spotted. Develop your technique and skills and compete against others at the same level.

Dancing 5-8years – With this Stagecraft approach, join Amy for a mixture of dance, drama and singing. Each week incorporates something different.

Disability Cricket - The sessions are run by qualified cricket coaches provided by Ferndown Wayfarers Cricket Club. They will be fun and active sessions that will include the skills of batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping.

Gun Club – The aim of the Junior Club is to introduce youngsters to target shooting through the use of air rifles and air pistols and to develop their individual skills.

Gymnastics – Join our experienced coaches and take part in this exciting and energetic course, where you will be able to learn basic to advance moves, from handstands to vault.
There will also be a £17.00 British Gymnastics membership fee, which is applicable per person and runs annually (Oct-Sept).

Gym Workout – Come and join one of our fitness instructors who will go through a workout programme designed specifically for you. All junior gym users must have had an induction before attending the supervised sessions.

On the Stage – With this Stagecraft approach, join Amy for a mixture of dance, drama and singing. Each week incorporates something different.

Rugbytots – Energetic and dynamic sessions for girls and boys to develop motor skills and build confidence in a team environment whilst having fun. (Contact Angus @ Rugbytots on angus@rugbytots.co.uk)

Squash Coaching – Come and join Richard where he will help you to develop your skills, drills and techniques and improve your game of squash.

Teeny Boppers– Join Amy for this fun filled dance class where the children can learn basic movements with some of their favourite songs.

Trampolining – Our coaches will introduce and develop your skills and techniques in trampolining. You will work through the British Gymnastics Award Scheme.
