New Classes Coming Soon!

We've got some new classes coming your way from 3rd April- take a look!

Are you getting ready to "spring" into fitness? We've got some new classes launching 3rd April- the perfect, post-Easter treat. Here's what's coming up:

Metafit- Tuesdays, 6.45am - 7.15am (Moved from Mondays)

An effective and simple workout that gets big results. Burning fat by raising metabolism, MetaFit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with high intensity intervals.


Circuits- Tuesdays, 9.00am - 9.30am

A high energy, full body blast before Indoor cycle- both with Seb!


Boxercise- Tuesdays, 6.30pm - 7.30pm

A cardiovascular fitness boxing class with non contact boxing combinations – High intensity and fun. Taken by Lisa.

Body Combat- Tuesdays, 6.30pm - 7.30pm

A fiercely energetic programme inspired by martial arts and draws from disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.


Pilates- Wednesdays, 6.25pm - 7.25pm

A body weight conditioning class focusing on mobility and core strength/stability. It is mostly mat/floor based, is low intensity and thoroughly works your internal muscles. Get your day off to a good start with lengthening, strengthening, stretching and conditioning the body without having to break a major sweat.


Yoga- Fridays, 12.30pm - 1.30pm

Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout.  Build strength, flexibility, and definition in this chilled out class. Taken by Natalie.
