We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week. Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.

We offer free swimming for the over 60's during these times.
- Tuesdays 2.30pm - 3.50pm
- Thursdays 3.00pm - 3.50pm and 8.00pm - 9.00pm
- Fridays 9.00am - 10.00am
- Sunday 8.00am - 9.00am
