National Fitness Day 27th September

Calling all members ! Can you help us complete this year's challenge

This year's challenge is to complete 10,000 Squats, Crunches, Burpees, Press ups and Climber.


All help will be greatly appreciated  so if your free on the 27th September between 6.15am - 10pm, please come down to Kings and help us complete this challenge!
