New Group Fitness Classes

See what we've got in store for you this January

Yoga

We've heard your feedback and we're delighted to announce that we're adding a new weekly Yoga class to our timetable! From Thursday 18th January the class will run each week from 10.30am - 11.30am.

Aerobics

From Thursday 18th January we're launching a brand new mixed ability aerobics class which will run each week from 9.15am - 10.15am.

 

We expect both of these classes to prove very popular so early booking is essential.
