We are kicking off the new year with some exciting changes to the fitness programme at Middleton Pool and Fitness!
We value our customer feedback and strive to make changes which we feel are going to benefit our members and add value to existing membership packages
Introducing Junior Gym Sessions!
Starting in January 2018, we will be starting Junior Gym sessions aimed at 11 to 15 year olds. This will consist of a personalised gym induction, supervised gym sessions and parent/guardian accompanied gym times, all rolled up neatly into one membership package for £14.99 per month!

New Additions to Class Timetable!
- Hot Yoga - Monday's at 11:00am
- Total Body Conditioning - Monday's at 9:45am
- Water Aerobics - Monday's at 7:30pm
- Zumba - Tuesday's at 6:45pm
- Core Stability - Wednesday's at 7:30pm
- Zumba Gold - Friday's at 10:00am (followed by tea and coffee)
Extensions to Gym Opening Times!
As of 2nd January 2018, we are going to be extending our gym opening times to accommodate the early birds among our members to the following:
Monday to Friday – 06:15am to 10:00pm
Saturday and Sunday – 07:00am to 6:00pm
(Note: Don't worry, these are only extensions to current times and not deductions!)
Fitness Courses at Middleton Pool and Fitness
Course 1 - 'Slim and fit' Weight Loss Course
Consists of four 45 minute sessions, which will include:
- Nutrition advice
- Group support
- Ftiness session planning
- Weekly measurements
- Places locker app to help track your progress and take part in our App Challenges
Dates: Every Thursday in February (8th, 15th, 22nd) and 1st March 2018
Price: £25.00 per person
Course 2 - Junior Boxercise
Consists of four 60 minute sessions
Dates: Every Friday in February (2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd)
Prices: £25.00 per couple
