Junior Boxing

Come along to our Junior boxing, suitable for juniors aged 6-9 years.

£30 for 3 x 45 minute sessions, or £12 per session.

Escape Pain - Joint Pain Management

ESCAPE-pain is a rehabilitation programme for people with chronic joint pain, that integrates educational self-management and coping strategies with an exercise regimen individualised for each participant.

This programme consists of 2 x 60 minute sessions per week for 6 weeks. Each session consists of 40 minutes of exercise and 20 minute group discussion to support you through the programme.

This course is designed for those aged 16+ years, who have been referred by their GP for joint pain - Ask your GP about this scheme today!
