Try out our NEW HIIT Training in 2018!

Suitable for all 11-15 year olds

Come straight from school and join in this fun rewarding interval session. HIIT is a well-rounded physical activity program combining aerobic exercise with strength.  It is suitable for all fitness levels and burns more calories than traditional workouts.

Interval Training - Only £1.00 per session (Free for those with a junior membership)

Take part every Thursday from 3.30 pm - 4.00 pm
