Studio Class Descriptions

Located in Ongar, Essex near Ingatestone, North Weald and Brentwood we're sure we have a fitness class to suit you. Please see below a description of all of our classes:

Low Intensity Classes

Yoga – Low Intensity - Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout. Build strength, flexibility and definition in this chilled out class

Pilates – Low Intensity – Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so that they work in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement and is ideal for all levels of fitness.

Aqua Fit – All Intensities – A total body workout, Aquafit ensures that you use every muscles in your body by using the water as resistance. The water takes out te impact of the moves, work at your own levels and get results!

Supple Strength – Low Intensity – Blending elements of Pilates, Yoga and Body Conditioning, Supple Strength is a challenging non-impact workout which builds strength and flexibility.

50+ Keep Fit – Low Intensity – A low intensity aerobic workout for those aged 50+, incorporating stretching and exercises to loosen joints and improve flexibility.

Medium Intensity Classes

LBT - Medium Intensity - A fun and easy to follow class targeting all of those problem areas!

Circuits - Medium / High Intensity - An exciting mix of body weight and external weighted total body conditioning exercises - resulting in a full body workout

Zumba - Medium Intensity - Party yourself into shape! A fun, empowering and energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop and many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.

Group Cycling - ALL Intensities - Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 30 or 45 minutes.

Aqua Fit – All Intensities – A total body workout, Aquafit ensures that you use every muscles in your body by using the water as resistance. The water takes out te impact of the moves, work at your own levels and get results!

Body Pump (Les Mills) – Medium Intensity – The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and results you came for – fast!

Core – Medium intensity – Non-aerobic, muscle toning class focused on improving core strength with the use of fit balls

Total Body Conditioning – Medium intensity – A total body shaping workout utilising lower and upper body exercises using bands, steps, hand weights and body weight. Get great results from this high calorie burning class

Core Conditioning – Medium Intensity – Non-aerobic, muscle toning class focused on improving core strength with the use of fit balls

Virtual Cycling – Medium Intensity – The high intensity interval ries set to the latest music that will get your pulse racing. Rapidly increase your level of cardio fitness with this high energy work out.

High Intensity Classes

Box Fit – High Intensity – A cardiovascular fitness boxing class with non contact boxing combinations – high intensity & fun!

Kettlebell Workout – High Intensity – Kettlebells are used to improve overall functional strength, flexibility, co-ordination and can provide a great cardiovascular workout as well.

HIIT – High Intensity – High intensity training that’s effective and functional, getting the most out of your workout, helping you to burn more calories and get fitter, faster than ever before!

20, 20, 20 – High Intensity – High energy class combining 20 minutes of step, aerobics and toning exercises – a great calorie burner
