We are joining in with getting as many of you as active as we can.

9.00-10.15 Blood Pressure checks

9.15-10.00  Stretch and Relax class -  Suitable for complete beginners 

10.30-11.00 Kettle bells - beginners class

11.00-12.15 Blood Pressure checks

12.30-1.00 Gym floor circuits

12.30-1.00 Stretch and reach flexibility test.

Classes are open to Non members and suitable for complete beginners.
