With our 6 week Box fit course

Box Fit is a great way to get in shape. During a box fit session, you can; burn lots of calories, build cardiovascular endurance, build strength and power, learn boxing techniques, learn how to be a pad guy and have loads of fun. In a box fit session you will partner up and take it in turns to hold the pads and to box so, you will also meet new people. This is one of the most fun ways to stay fit and we run regular, 6 week, courses in box fit.
