HIIT is a great way to burn loads of calories. Not only can you burn a lot of calories in a short session but, you will also walk away burning more calories each step AFTER you've finished. You can burn up to 10% extra calories for hours after you've finished the session. Not only that but, during a HIIT session you're also strengthening your muscles and improving cardio fitness levels.
