CXWORX™ (17:30 - 18:00)
A seriously challenging and effective workout in just 30 minutes. This session will tighten and tone your body, improve functional strength and assist in injury prevention like nothing else. Burn up to 400 calories

BODYCOMBAT™ (19:00 - 19:45)
The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.Burn up to 740 calories
BODYPUMP™ (19:00 - 20:00)
The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Burn up to 590 calories
SH'BAM™ (20:00 - 20:45)
Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves Sh'Bam is the perfect way to shape up and bring out your inner star, even if dance isn't your natural thing. Set to a sound track of chart topping popular hits and dance music heard in the worlds hottest nightclubs. Burn up to 550 calories.
