What is the 5-week power shred?
This 5-week program is designed to improve your strength, increase mobility and burn fat, getting you leaner, shredded and in the best condition you’ve been in all year just in time for the new year!
Cost: £35 for 5 group personal training sessions or £8.50 for one-off drop in session if unable to attend all sessions.
What will you receive?
This group program will involve a mixture high intensity and functional moves from a mixture of training style using multiple training techniques.
Each participant will receive.
- Starting body measurements & weight
- Weekly weigh-ins
- Exclusive and specialist program designed and delivered to hit targets and achieve goal of the programme
- 5 group PT sessions consisting of 1 hour each
- Workout program to go through in your own time to help you get used to the group sessions and to help you along your journey.
- 1-hour session will include talks about nutrition and health.
- A dedicated Personal Trainer who will push you to your limits in a safe environment.
- Finishing body measurements & weight
- A new you going into the new year.
Please note, all participants must be over the age of 16 to sign up. Both male & females are welcome.
