Want to take part in a ladies only fitness program that is guaranteed to get you results? Our new weekly Fit and Tone program with instructor Marilin has been designed to meet your specific goals and is suitable for all abilities.
So what’s included in this new program?
• 12 x 60 minute small group training sessions (2 per week)
• Nutritional consultation and guidance
• Individual meal or macronutrient calculation
• Customised additional training program
• Bi weekly assessments to track your program
• Ongoing support and motivation
Sessions will take place every Tuesday 8-9pm (community room) and Friday 7-8pm (gym).
