Here are the clubs that use our centre.

 

K Box

The K-Box workout takes moves from a variety of martial arts such as kickboxing and Taekwondo and combines them into an adrenaline-fuelled, body pumping aerobic exercise format that will get anyone 'fighting fit' in a short space of time.
