We are recruiting a Duty Manager.

Are you an inspiring and motivational leader, capable of driving and supporting your team to Engage, Enhance, and Exceed?  Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations management of the Leisure Centre, ensuring that the highest standards of customer care, health and safety, facility presentation and service delivery are achieved. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to begin or develop their career in Leisure Management.  We are looking for an excellent communicator and team player.

Previous supervisory experience in the leisure industry is desirable.  

You must also be able to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
