Free Group Workout Classes

Try any of our usual classes on this day for free.  Choose from

  • Studio Cycling 7.00am - 7.45am
  • Pump FX 6.00pm - 7.00pm
  • Zumba 7.00pm - 7.45pm
  • Boxercise 8.00pm - 9.00pm

Taster Sessions

Try something new with our 30 minute taster sessions, an ideal introduction for beginners or those new to exercise.

  • Stability Ball 10.00am - 10.30am

Older Adults Aqua

Join Graham for our monthly Older Adults Aquafit session.  Aquafit is a great low impact workout, easy to follow and ideal for those just starting out.

Free Personal Training

We are offering free 30 minute Personal Training sessions throughout the day to people who haven't tried PT before and want to give it a go. Just give us a call on 01903 879666 or speak to an instructor to book your slot.

The Squat Challenge

Across all of our PFP Leisure Centres we’re encouraging customers to do at least 10 squats to add to our total on this day.  Choose the way you do it, with or without weights and just be sure to tell an instructor so we can add them to our total. We want to win so the more you do the better :)

Other Activities

There will also be plenty going on in reception.  We'll have a studio cycling bike for you to try, a rowing challenge with prizes for you to take part and our staff will be on hand to show you around the centre and discuss the activities we have on offer here at Steyning Leisure Centre so pop by and say hi.


Squash is a fast sport that works you harder than most other sports. Both squash and racketball (same court, bigger racket, bigger ball) can be enjoyed from 5 years to adults.  Occupying and moving in the same space as your opponent adds to the challenge of this sport.  

It's a great sport to enjoy with a friend and fit in around your week.  You can learn how to play, improve your skills or play competitively in our Leagues - whatever place you're into.

The courts will be available from 12.30pm-6.00pm and 7.40pm-10.00pm
