New motivational session

We want to help keep you motivated in the colder months, so we've arranged a free session in the gym with our personal trainer Carla. Carla will be on hand to offer some tips on your workout.   Each session will be different and it's ideal if you want to learn some new excercises or maybe want to train with someone new.

Come along and have a go and all it's for free! No booking necessary.

Tuesdays 7.00pm in the gym.
