Starting on 7th November
We have a new class starting on Tuesday 7th November in Studio 2 from 11.00am-11:50am. Fitsteps is a 50 minute fitness class mixing the steps of ballroom and up tempo Latin dancing, including waltz, American smooth, jive, tango and rumba!
Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from the Strictly Come Dancing team, Fitsteps is a fun and energetic way of staying fit whilst having fun.
