A fun and social way to keep fit and healthy.
We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week. Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.
Thursdays 10.00am - 12.00noon

- Fitness Class 11.00am
£5.00 per person
Instructor Led Fitness Lane Swimming
- Thursdays 11.00am - 11.45am
£4.40 non members
A slower version of the game, designed so that anyone can play regardless of age or fitness level.
- Fridays 10.00am – 11.00am (term time only)
- Outdoor pitches (main hall if raining)
- A trained member of staff will support the session
- All equipment provide. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
- Starting 8th June.
