New! Women and Weights Course starting this May

Whether your a woman who trains hard but sees no reason to lift or perhaps someone who needs to get the confidence to enter the weights area of the gym or a complete beginner  - let us convince you why women need to pick up and put down in our new women & weights course.

This 4 week course is ideal for any women who have not used weights in the gym before. It will build confidence and knowledge of machine and free weights.
